Jammed transfer case
Recently had to tow my 93 ford 250 xcab with tranny in neutral and manual transfer case in neutral and manual hubs on free less than 5 miles. Now I can't get transfer case to shift back to 2 wheel drive. Can get 4L, N and 4H, but no 2H. Any ideas would be appreciated. (Have tried backing up to free case but no luck) Any help appreciated. Tom PS - Dash light reads 4x4 in all positions.

Have you shifted it into 4wd and out very much before? Towing it should not have done anything because the BW1356 (which I assume you have) has an oil pump on the output shaft, which means everything is getting oil even when towing. Also is this a manual or electric shift T-case?

Jammed transfer case
Used to shift between 2 and 4x4 more frequently when snow plowing, but only use truck summers now (Florida in winter). Truck hadn't been taken out of 2 wheel for about 1 year prior to this happening. Thanks for the help.
