We ordered one retail and another one exactly like it as dealer stock. Both had a priority code of 10. I watched the salesman enter it, click by click. I've called the salesman a few times and no update. I'm beginning to think I've wasted my time. What do ya'll think?
I put both my order and dealer information, and my VIN number in; neither work yet. My order was entered at the dealership 5/21 and accepted by Ford 5/31 for reference.

your dealer is the only one getting information thusfar no public information is being posted i'm thinking till 6/23 build and I have heard that is moved a week later to 6/28 orders are placed vins are assigned but until ford compiles all orders to the build date (to see if any more dealer stock orders come in ) witch take priority for the first week of build . this is what was explained at my dealer when I asked the same question I put a posted vin in and it shows up as a 1989 f 350 with 257,000 miles on it 2 owners and yet I have a K for the 10th digit for 2019 E for 11th digit Kentucky plant 1FT8W3DTXKEAxxxxx small x is serial number not assigned yet

So I don't know if others know this but F350's don't show up in cotus but F250's do. Since my order is for an F350 I might as well quit checking cotus.. Just learned this...

I believe you're exactly right. Today I got a call from the dealership and they have a build date for the week of July 30th for my truck ordered 4/11. He attempted to track it in COTUS and was unable, just like us. He just said that COTUS is messed up and that he can clearly see it in his WBDO system. Progress!

So since I ordered an F350, and F350's don't show up on Cotus I went to the dealer today. They provided a printout with the VIN, and what I believe are estimated build week, and estimated delivery to the dealer. FYI I ordered March 23rd, Customer order (not dealer stock)

Does this mean its estimated to be built the week of July 30th and to arrive at the dealer between August 10th and August 16th?

Looks like it to me Josh. Congratulations! We are all getting closer. I guess I need to order my sill plates now... among a few other things.

Still nothing in COTUS or WBDO for me on a 4/5 ordered 2019 F450 per my dealer. Maybe the F450s are being scheduled a little later?

350's and 450's don't show up on COTUS.

Dealer should get updates on WBDO system though, must not be scheduled yet.
