Squeaky

Ok, With the truck parked I turn on the key start the engine and begin turning the wheel (left or right) and I get lots of squeaky noises that sounds like grommets.
Any ideas as to what this is?
Thanks,

Tie rod ends? Lift the boots and squirt some lube in them.

What do you mean "sealed"? No grease fittings? We get this a lot on the newer Fords and we pull the rubber boot up a little and quirt some lube into the top of them.

the squeaking is most likely your pittman arm. Buy a needle fitting for your grease gun (about $4) , squirt some grease in thru the rubber cover and you will be fine for many thousands of miles. Wouldnt hurt to dab some sealant compound on the punture hole to keep water out. my 97 f150 has nearly 155,000 miles on it and still running the original pittman arm.
