I have a 95 explorer eddie bauer and the guy who had itbeforhad a handsfree i took italloutbut when i turn off my truck it still say phone on the radio. is there a code on the radio that i have to programe.

I'm not trying to be an smart alec but you need to learn how to type properly because I could hardly understand you.

But from what I understand from your post, you're getting the Phone function eventhough you took the system out, right? Are you sure it's a Ford factory phone? If so, did you just took the phone out? If so, it's not enough. There's another module connected at the audio system amp, which is located near the sub. You need to take the rear quarter panel out in order to get to it. Once you're in there, you'll see two different boxes. The two big "boxes" are the sub amp and the 4-channel amp. You won't see the cell phone transponder is because it's hidden behind the 4-channel amp (the left one). Unplug it and take it out. Once you removed it, I don't believe you'll get the phone message anymore. I hope this helps.
