Hey Guys,

My name is David and I am driving from West to East across Canada in my new 1968 Ford F100. I've realized I won't get safetied in Ontario with it - looking for any recommendations for a shop/person along the way or not too far out of the way that I could pay to get this hole fixed. I have 3 others but they are all smaller then this. Thanks guys for any recommendations. I don't need it finished or painted I will do that myself.

Hi David+Don, congratulations on your new ride! It looks very nice and quite straight,
Be careful who you get to do your rust repair and ask to see their work before proceeding, not many are qualified to properly do this this type of work.

 

Thanks so much for the advice, ultimately we would get whole new fenders but $$ is a bit tight.

I think that it will cost more to patch than to replace, it`s very time consuming to do properly.
