Np435 questions
So I have a 79 f250 with a np435 in it, and I'm trying to decide if it needs rebuilt or not. It has free movement from side to side when in neutral, unlike most manuals I've driven. It also shakes and makes some clanky noises in 2nd and 3rd. Besides that it shifts fairly easy and drives well enough.
Any feedback would be appreciated, since I'm a need when it comes to this stuff. Thanks.
