Galvanized floor pan cover plates

I'm looking to replace mine in my 1981 F100. I can't seem to find any source for them, but they seem like something that should be available.

I'm also not sure if I'm calling them by the right name either. There are two of them in each cab of our trucks. They are oval shaped and measure

4 3/4 by 3 1/2 inches and are held down by two small bolts.

Can anyone tell me the real nomenclature of these plates and if there is a source for them?

Thanks

Floor pan plugs. What are the chances that Ford used the same plugs for cars and trucks, on up into the 80's? Here they are for a Mustang.
