Found these when draining the trans fluid

Zola, check with VanPelt for a wide selection of parts (Ford Transmission Parts Prices). Transmission rebuilding does require careful disassembly with photo documentation to aid in assembly. A couple of the snap rings are heavy duty so can be difficult, both to remove and install, without proper tools.
I suspect a problem with the internal shift linkage may have allowed overtravel of the synchro hub (7106). You should consider a full rebuild including all bearings, bushings and thrust washers, including those on the countershaft. Pay special attention to the thrust washer positions and thickness. Good luck!

Easy enough to fix, just throw money at it! Or evaluate your options for a different, better trans like a 5-sp. In your part of the world, there are probably many more types of transmissions to choose from. An Aussie on here adapted some kind of Toyota 5-sp, but had to make his own adapters. It still might be cheaper and easier than shipping parts to Hungary.

Thanks for the tips!
As I've said before, I've never had the chance to drive this truck (or any other old truck), so I'm not sure if I'll keep the original drivetrain or not.
Because of that I don't want to sink a lot of money in this trans at the moment.
I've just bought the C2AZ-7124-A synchronizer assembly, hope it will fit, and I'll take extra care with the forks.
Now I have to wait a few weeks for the package to arrive, this is always the hardest part.

I've received the synchronizer assembly so we disassembled the transmission today.
Here's the worn out syncro ring next to the new one:
Unfortunatelly the sync assembly I've ordered is not correct for my application. It's for a different shaft.
However, I can reuse the inner part of the old one and fit it with the new shoes, springs and sync rings.
I've cleaned all the parts and the case, tomorrow will be the big day for reassembly.
