Lol,it doesn't work like that. When you call them they will check the system to see if you have a PCO, verify your info if you have already provided it through Ford.com, or take your info if you have not. They may offer to request a brochure for you, but also will tell you they do not control over who gets the PCOs, its a 3rd party company that does. So, what I'm getting at is that calling Ford marketing is in no way a guarantee that you will get a PCO, no matter what you say to them.

Are you ready to buy, or just want one just incase you find a truck?

Ready to buy. There is one at the dealer that may work - I hope it's still available and that we can get in there today to see. If that one doesn't work out, we'll probably have to order. Which raises another question - Do you have to take delivery before the PCO expiration, or just order before it expires?

I called to see if there was one on file as I had X'ed out of a pop up but that may have been from another site. There was not one.
I did ask if they could send me a brochure as I couldn't remember if I had already asked for one online.
Maybe I will be lucky to get one in the mail with the brochure but I doubt it.

Can a PCO be used on top of a Costco price? Or X Plan?

Yes on the Costco pricing and I believe yes on the X plan, although those two would not be used together. The PCO lists some exclusions, but I don't see X plan listed. And your question on using it prior to expiration, you can lock it in at time of order. There are a couple members on here that say otherwise, but that has more to do with what their particular dealer told them. Many many have successfully taken delivery after PCO expiration without issue, from the PCO being locked in at time of order.

I would suggest talking with someone knowledgeable at your dealer, hopefully such person exists at your dealership.

I’m due for a new truck and have shopped around . Gonna switch from the gmc to the super duty . Going bonkers trying for a $3000 cash offer . No luck tho .
Plenty of leftover 2019’s on the lots here in Michigan , maybe Ford will up the incentives soon ?

Last time I looked, incentives on 19's were good. Its the 20s that they are being stingy on.

If you are going for the 2019 just know what is NOT on them.
I was thinking of the same thing a 2019 Lariat I could get for a 2020 price or better. But the 2020 Lariat has stuff on it that is Standard ! Like BLIS and a few other things like running boards, sorry can't think of what else.

Having just been through this, I’d opine that what’s stackable and not stackable on top of the PCO is murky at best. I was lucky to receive a $3,000 PCO just before purchasing my truck. I had additional coupons and incentives and Ford would only honor an additional $500 that came directly from them for that particular vehicle.

My advice would that it doesn’t hurt to always ask, but be prepared you may not get everything. As for me, I’m not complaining one bit!!

What are you talking about? A physical PCO, like one that came in the mail cant be given or traded so it doesn't matter where the person is located. You need someone who has an open pop up to input your info.

Um, its all on the window sticker. The 2020 has a higher base price because of those now "standard" features. That doesn't take away from the fact that the 19's have much higher incentives. Not really sure what your point was.
