I didn't realize I never posted the pictures of the completed install.
Removing the OEM bumper was easy since it isn't that heavy. Just disconnect the fog light harness before taking the bumper off the truck.
I used my tractor and lifting straps to lift the Ranch Hand and position it. Took some fine loader movement ro get it just right, but much easier than trying to use jacks. I used a floor jack to install the winch from below after the bumper was mounted. I needed to add some wood blocks to get the winch up high enough. Took about 2 hours to mount the bumper and about 1 hour to get the winch in place. Very happy with the whole set up.
The winch is a Superwinch Talon 12.5 with solenoid relocation kit.
We are partial to Ranch Hand and Addictive Desert Designs for the custom stuff. I actually recently bought one from ADD myself. If any of you reading this end up deciding on any OEMs, I'd appreciate it if you guys would consider us, Hillbilly Auto Supply. We also have a detailed guide on our website about replacing F250 OEM Front Bumpers as well as rear bumpers. Also if anyone needs help with the ACC calibration, just reach out.
