Oregon here, 3 Fords in the family, The toad house (motor home) Smurf a (F 150), Cricket (Ranger). Toad house is a F53, 1991 war horse motor home. Smurf is a 5 speed basic ford. The cricket is my 4X4 toy. Will take some work but everything works except for the turn signals and the cruse control.

Hey Ed, Hope all is well on your end. Mine not so much. Just became a member mysel. Trying to get to some in put on my situation but have problems posting for some reason... Maybe you can shine some lite...

07 - E350 super duty - with a 6.0
Got towed home yesterday.... Bummer and not cool... Crank not start at customers house...
Put in on my Scan Gauge today after I got home. FICM vlts good - SYC 1, good - ICV 24 vlts, good - ICP 0, not good - IPR 84.7% , not good (starting to freak out here) - Oil Gauge not reading any Pressure or moving. Now I am really freaking out.

I know I have some testing to do not doubt. Going to check oil pressure at the oil filter can on the bottom drivers side. Going to check for fuel pressure at the secondary fuel filter on top. Going to do ICP air test to check for leaks on the rails or injectors. Don't have the tool so going to my buddies house to have him weld a 1/4" nipple to an old ICP sensor and hook up some high pressure hose as my rig...

My History:

This is my first Diesel - so don't judge.
LIve in Florida. Bought van at JJKANE Auction. Old Florida Power & Light service van. Bought with 135K. Now it has 169K.
Developed a leak on the Oil cooler cover gasket or EGR cooler couldent quite pin point form exact place. Oil never found in water tank. Replaced oil cooler - EGR valve (was caked up to max) and EGR cooler out( was nasty black dirty ). Put everything back together ran great for about three weeks. Then it did it again. Crank NO Start. Changed out the ICP (due to word of mouth) and it worked. Three weeks later, again Crank No Start. Took out Air filter hose this time and Sprayed some diesel starting fluid and it cranked up. Ran good for about a week after that. Then it started doing it more frequently until I got towed home.

My Main Questions:
What are the odds of it being the IPR Valve due to above history. Or what are the odds I may have a leak in the oil rails/injectors. When do the dummy plugs and stand piles usually give out?

Any and all input will be helpful and taken into consideration so let me have it...

This is now my service van and need to get it On The Road Again quick.... As we are a Ford family I am using my wifes Expedition in the mean time and starting to get those looks that I am tearing up her ride...

Diesel is not my best suit. Pump pressure, blocked filter, or air in the line will stop them from running. Pressure is critical to the injectors, I will look in my books to see what they suggest for tests. Best I can do to help to try and help. I will get back to you on that one.
