Yepper...way too many lawyers around.
Speaking of lawyers...my next door neighbor got the Jury Duty letter a few months ago. He's now sitting as one of 14 for a murder trial. A young couple staked out the home of an elderly couple...broke in...stabed the 95 year old guy to death...severely injured his paralyzed 77 year old wife...she succumbed to her injuries about a month later. The guy involved was convicted a couple weeks ago...the gal will be convicted if for nothing else just being there. In MA there is a Joint Venture Law...if you're in anyway involved in a felony...you're guilty. I went to school with the daughter of the gentleman killed.

The Chally is in for a ceramic coating on the wheels and calipers to help with brake dust cleanup, also having the windows tinted and then we will see. I offered to let him guinipig my car for the install of some PPF film, which I wouldnt mind having. He is also going to take a look at removing some vinyl stripes that im not a fan of.

Brake dust sucks...looks like sheat and not easy to get off. Careful with the tint...cops generally carry a gauge and will pull you over if they think your windows are too dark. Of course...they're not subject to the same rules and regulations that you and I are subject to. I remember our inspector measured a cruiser that was in for a sticker...4%. If I remember correctly...MA limit is 35%. Shouldn't be too difficult to take the stripes off...some heat and a steady hand should do the trick. We used to sell the PPF film...really reduced road rash from thrown stones and gravel...held up very well also.

Im having them put 35% on, as much as I would like 20 or even down to 5 it isnt worth the hassle.
The stripes should, but he has a steamer which just makes it that much easier to do lol. The PPF he is aiming to offer to clients soon, so he is grateful for a practice vehicle and is going to do it for a killer price.
