Assuming you have a 53 - 56 truck.... It's the same spline and u-joint as a 3-sp non-OD trans. Original P/N B5C-4841-A. If you can't find one, Blue Oval Parts has them made to order for $370; some people use the slightly shorter Powerglide yokes:

Ross,
I'm actually not sure of year of the transmission since I got it of of an 292 Y-Block that I found in a field back in 1973. The spline matched the 3 speed transmission that was on the original flat head V-8 that I no longer have. I later put a 352FE with the Fordomatic and got rid of the old yoke in about 1975. Now I'm marrying the 3 speed OD to the 352FE and pitching the Fordomatic so, I need the yoke that fits the 3 speed OD. It looks like highlighted one you show in your post is the right one..

1965/66 F100 115" wheelbase 240/300/352 3 O/D: C5TZ-4841-E .. Slip Yoke, 1280 U-joint, 28 splines.
1957/60 F100 110" wheelbase & 1961/64 F100 114" wheelbase 3 O/D 272/292: B7C-4841-A .. Slip Yoke, 1310 U-joint, 28 splines.
1953/56 F100 3 O/D & F/M: B5C-4841-A (replaced TAAA-4841-B) .. Slip Yoke, 1270 U-joint, 16 splines.
