2012 explorer my touch audio
my left front channel is going out in the audio system in my 2012 explorer. Everything is controlled by the my touch. Any thoughts on repair/ replacement? I brought this to Ford's attention last year while I was still under my extended service and they insisted it was a speaker issue and replaced it. I knew it wasn't but couldn't convince them otherwise. The issue was intermittent and started happening more frequently again this year. Now I'm out of warranty and out the $100 deductible I paid to have the speaker replaced when it wasn't the problem.
