Helps I will add my truck was hesitating pretty badly like jerking feeling when cold. Once warm it was better but still had lag.

I get what your saying now after reading more about the FICM relay. FLP reading being 10 could likely be the cause. Sure hope so that's by far cheaper than rebuilding FICM again but I'll keep checking before I just go throwing parts at it. It probably should be changed out anyhow truck does have 198k miles abs not sure if it were ever replaced.

Read the rpm from the Torque also.

For Unit header input I tried to type that in but tells me it needs to be Auto or Hex?

Then the 7E0 where does that get imputed at?

You might have a case of injector stiction, what oil are you running?

Ever add anything to the oil for stiction?

Awhile back I had ran REV X this oil change I had to switch back to some more conventional oil 15w-40 not full synthetic. Rotella. I was thinking of trying to find my T6 oil again full synthetic drain what I have in now and then run some Hotshots through it. I just did oil change about a week or so ago and white smoke went away but the on take off hesitation got worse. Once truck warms up it seems to be better but I have noticed over time the lag it has. If I gun it out of the pocket seems like it has taken longer to spool up and go. Plus pulling trailers that normally would not have been that heavy seem like they put a load on it.

I can hit up Ford dealer on my way home for FICM relay if not too expensive and then what kind of oil should I out back in it? I know there is a lot of debate about choices but figured I ask anyhow.

Also I think my torque PID is loaded but I'll have to test it in a few hours. I was a little confused on the Header input data and the last data provided above in hopes I put it in right.

What should my RPMs read while cranking?

Get some synthetic 5W40 changed in, seems like more folks have better luck with Archoil 9100.
General consensus here is Rotella is least favored, Delo or Mobil, Valvoline Blue are all good oils.

True but Delo went to that new oil that I heard was no good for our motors.

Looks like my OBD adapter just **** the bed. Man I can't win lol. Time to order a new Bluetooth adapter.

I'll swap out the oil sucks there goes about $85 down the drain but oh well it will make the truck hopefully run better and I'll put in some hotshots oil additive.

Mobil TDT and Delvac 1 have rebate offers going. You can shop around and get that oil for around $14 a gallon (after the $12 per gallon rebate). At 3.5 gallons per fill, that is only $50. The filters can be had at Dieselfiltersonline.com for around $15 IIRC.

I hear that Rotella T6 is also on sale or having a rebate program.

Shop around .... lots of money can be saved on these diesel trucks if you check for specials and ask on the forums.

You don't have to shop online for the oil. I buy mine (Mobil Delvac 1 and Mobil TDT) at PepBoys and then send in the rebate form.
Buying it online can save you an extra $5 because of PepBoys promo code for the Delvac 1 oil (PEP15OIL)

The FICM relay part number is F8OZ-14N089-AA.

It is normally $40 at Ford. You should be able to get it (an OEM Ford one) for $28 - but you will either need to buy it online or have a local dealership price match.

Cool here is photo of my relay it was different part # than yours but local Ford dealer carries it I called and reference my number. He said $39 and putting it aside for me they only had one.
