So, another silly question because Im inexperienced with Ford.. So in my F150 I have a phone button on the radio, I have a rearview mirror with Mics on it, and I have that small, round-ish low profile antenna up top. However pushing the phone button does nothing. What's my truck missing or what did it maybe once have?

 

Check to see if Bluetooth is available but it sounds to me like like the phone should connect wirelessly or through USB

 

the small round antenna on the roof is for satellite radio.
your cell phone will not work with the truck until you "pair" it to the radio. the owners manual will tell you how to do that.
