Hi my mane is Bob. I have a 2000 Explorer and am having A problem with it. I had to change XL24-7A195-CB transfer case but I could not get it. Ended up with a YL24-7A195-AA, Fit okay but have no reverse or Neutral an1st Gear is where 2nd should be. All gears are out of place what went wrong. Please Help
