I see so many people posting about some sort of problem of complaint, I thought I would post about my Super Duty experience to date.
I have had my 2017 F-350 6.2 L CCLB 4X4 for a year now. (Just over 14000 miles on the clock.
It is a job 2 truck built in march 2017.
I live in Michigan on a country dirt road. Lots of snow, mud, and pot holes. A rough ride and abuse daily, and the 4X4 gets a workout.
There have been no problems.
I have not had any warranty issues.
I do not have any complaints.
Nothing has worn.
Nothing has Broken.
No rust or corrosion.
The truck looks and runs great.
Very Very happy with my purchase.
That is all.
Must e something about MI trucks (south west corner here). I have the same truck only XLT SB. Only issue is a small glitch in the infotainment system that seems to have cleared up with the 3.0 update. What part of MI are you from?
I'm going to have to say that I have had no issues either. I received mine at the end of Jan 2017 and it has been solid for me. No issues, nothing but fun and a workhorse for me. The wife actually is now talking about having me buy her an F150 instead of a Toyota Sequoia
Agree'd. The reason why there seems to be so many "perceived" problems with any vehicle is that people come to forums to complain and discuss problems. So the focus is heavy on "issues" - even if an issue affect .5% of vehicles a forum can make it seem like its 95% of vehicles.
That said - if all we talked about was how great our cars/trucks are the forum would be boring
Mines GTG. A few creaks, but less than any other truck out there.
No issues at all. It's actually nicer than I thought it would be. (XL) I like that there is no goofy bench seat like older XL Fords. It's the same old seat, just without the leather (which can be added later).
I'll be fixing up the suspension, but nothing tall. Just an adjustable 1-3" King coilover 3.0 front, 2.5 rear, and 34.5" tires.

my first ‘18 F350 was amazingly perfect— almost too good. I’m waiting on the next F350 and I wonder if it can match the first one— tough act to follow.

Nathan
I live in South central Michigan.
About 40 miles east of Lansing.
Just hit 4k miles on my '18 F350 DRW. Not many but most little gremlins tend to pop up early. Not a single issue yet aside from android auto hiccuping after my phone updated.
2008 Outfitter Apex 8.5
I'm with you Bear.
23000+ miles and no issues (except I love driving it).
2017 job 2 (4-20-17) F-350 King Ranch, ultimate ++, love the steering and adaptive cruise too, 16-20 mpg and 13 with my Outfitter camper. Added air bags to raise the headlights to be nice. This is my 3rd Super Duty (started with a 7.3), Planning to drive it 15 years and by then I'll be too old to drive.
Almost exactly same circumstances as ScreamingBear, dirt road, South East Michigan, 14 months and 18K miles. No issues or complaints (well minor complaints, but dog hair and dog snot on windows probably doesn't count).
Took delivery in September of 2017 on a July build 6.7 4WD CC STX. 19,000 miles later, the only issue I’ve had is a leaky back glass...simple fix - no worries. Motor, drivetrain, and electronics have exceeded expectations. A solid daily driver and a great truck for a few modest mods when the budget allows. It’s a long-termer.

I’m in the same camp as you. March 2017 Job 2 truck with 14k miles. Happy with everything and not experiencing any of the issues reported here on the forum.
