86 headers different?

86 headers different?
I notice in Summit and other catalogs that headers for the Bronco 302 usually pick up at model year 87-88 or so. Does anyone know if there is really a difference in headers for my 86 302, or maybe the manufacturers just don't include older ones in their listings?

I would think the only reson for that is, is because the 87' started a new generation bronco, the body style change in 87' would be my guess, but the engine and chasis configuration should be the same, you just need to be specific on the headers being for auto, or man. trans. DW

Unless my memory is has failed me completely, 87 was the first year for fuel injection which may well account for the listings beginning with 1987. Tuning of the headers would certainly be affected by this change.
