That leak is far from dry. Lol. As for storm thing. You lost me. Have great weekend. This guy on this forum a long time. I got a lagitamite gripe. For sure. Lol. 8 k. Other guy 4 times same issue. Yea. Gm is looking better troverman.
I am still looking for problems with my 2017 CCLB 6.7 Lariat. I have had it for a year and a half and have nothing wrong with this truck. I will continue to look for leaks. Thanks for the heads up, but this is the best Truck I have ever owned. Hope your dealer can figure it out. After owning this truck for 18 months there is no way I am switching to another brand.

So far, 24k miles troublefree on my '17 450. B-I-L rode in it couple days in a row--GM 3500/Jeep owner--"Damn, this thing is quiet!"
After problems with last 2 6.4s, this new ride is heaven.
that’s exactly how mine started out. Didn’t think much. Then bam no steering. Dam chit dangerous. Gurus down in Lewisville autoplex. Where I bought the truck from say powesteeribg pumps are failing. They sell a lot fords. It’s there dojo of lifted quality trucks. I’ve got two. From them. Dually has been great. Minus a glitch on the kelderman air ride. Gotta go. Got 2000 feet of flashcove vynl to install in a hospital.
Being able to do flashcove vinyl is a dying art. I’m happy to see someone can still do this
My Ram was in the shop with 8k miles on it as well. I'm sure you can find threads on the GM forums of the same. Maybe we should all just trade in our trucks at the first sign of a problem....that'll do the trick. Eventually one person might find something that will last 100k miles with no issues...
My '17 had two small issues, one being a fuel rail pressure sensor and a small coolant leak (freezeplug in the head). Problems were taken care of quickly and dealer provided me with a loaner truck. My 2001 GMC Duramax had a driveline issue that GM refused to fix. They said it was normal for the trucks driveline to sound like it was going to fall out when shifting the truck into reverse. The sister truck we had in the fleet (purchased same time) didn't exhibit the problem at all. That (and a few other reasons) convinced me to buy a Ford. All vehicle makes have issues, that's why they have service departments. It's how they stand behind their product that makes the difference. The 2012 SD that I had before my '17 had a few issues also. nothing major.

Hey Fountain 1, you gotta do what you think is best. I respect your decisions. I'd be disappointed by having significant trouble this early on. The fact that many others post how trouble-free their trucks are doesn't help you at all. I get that. Just be aware the same thing can happen with any brand you buy...

Agreed for sure. And judging from the follow up we're getting from those who have problems with their trucks, Ford appears to be getting most owners issues resolved.
First off. Troverman the one that started flapping his keyboard about gm chit not me. I’ve got two high end 17s. None have been traded. Somehow this turned into a I hate ford thread. Wtf. We’ll see what and how long ford takes to fix the issues. I’ve got two 7,3 s with well over 200 k running like clockwork in my couple of my work vans. So fort those that seem to be butthurt about ford having issues. It sounds like that’s the norm of trucks I guess lol. Have a great day I’ve got 8 vans n on the road every day. I know who builds. What. And what breaks and doesn’t. Thanks for clarification how trucks run and break. Lmao. I myself own over 17 vehicles running almost every day. .ford has had pretty dismal track ready with there diesels quite frankly from 6.0 on up till the new 6.7. Facts are facts folks.
If it helps I’ve never had a brand new vehicle that didn’t have at least a hand full of problems (including my super duty’s)in the first year. I’m super nit picky and that’s what warranty is for.
