As mentioned above soak it with the best penetrating oil you have. You might end up destroying the distro but strike it side to side with a rubber mallet on the vacuum advance. Once it moves drive it the other direction. Continue until it’s loose enough to pull. Usually it’s the aluminum steel contact that causes corrosion and locks the distro shaft in the block.
