94 Explorer Lifter Tick
Hi all,
Has anyone had a problem with lifter noise onthe 94 explorer v6 engine, I have one lifter that ticks for a few minutes after starting cold, it goes away after a few minutes. I have run sea foam and made a differance for a short time, I am guessing that the lifter spring ( internal ) is bad and once the oil pressure pumps up the lifter it is o.k., Any other ideas without tearing the motor apart??
