Another Bronco 2 steering problem

Ok,
I am going to explain this as easy as possible.
Imagine putting your foot on top of a ball, if your foot goes the least bit one way or the other your foot will slip off.
On my mom's Bronco this is the problem with the steering. Sitting still your can turn form lock to lock with NO stiffness or anything. But as soon as your start to move(forward or back) in the steering it pulls one way or the other. If you try to put it in the middle you get the effect of the being on a ball and if you even think about turning to the right or left you go that way. BUT ONLY IN THE CENTER, once you beging to make a turn it's fine. I hope you understand what I am saying.
Now Me and my dad thought maybe the power steering gear box had problems so we replaced it with one we knew to be good. The problem is still there. I have tried to look at this logically. From the steering wheel to the pitman arm is fine, it has to be something from the pitman arm to the wheels. All of the linkage is tight and while the pitman arm was off all linkage seemed to move smoothly with no catches. Any one have some ideas of what to do next?? You can refer to This thread for the problems I had before with this

Another Bronco 2 steering problem

I just went out and messed with it. I locked the front hubs(manual) into 4x4 but I DID NOT SHIFT INTO4X4. I drove it around the yard and then unlocked the hubs AND THE PROBLEM IS GONE! but I have a feeling the problem will return, what could it be causing this? any ideas??? Through out this whole ordeal with this thing(see previous thread) I have been thinking it is something in the 4x4, but what?
Thanks,
Kevin
