Your Opinion on Price Please
Here's one I'm considering:
1951 F6
27,000 miles. This was a grain truck so more idle time than miles
Original Widow Maker wheels
6V
Runs and drives good
Flat V8
Synchro transmission with 2 speed rear
Tilt bed
I started to type "no rust" but there is some surface rust on the right side passenger floor
Interior is intact, all gauges and controls work. It needs the seat reupholstered.
I appreciate your thoughts on value, I know there are so many variables. Thanks!

I think it's fair if you are going to use it as is for a while. Nice original paint (or so it appears).
I too would try and get it in to the ~5K area but if it's really what you want and you have the means it's doesn't seem unrealistic. I don't think there would be a huge market for this truck so that would/should give you a little wiggle room.
On the other hand i think the price is fair and therefore you probably won't "flip it" and make money but i highly doubt you'll lose money either. That truck will look great with a little dual Action buffing and polishing to the original paint.
*Update on my reply* If that is NOT original paint (i see red in the engine bay), then I would look into it a little further. Might be some hidden body work and other surprises

Cool truck, neat old house. They will look good together.
If you get him down to $5k, it might be worth it. If you want to sell, you will have a hard time finding a buyer. The big trucks just aren't as popular.
Finding brake parts can be a challenge. Oh, how are the brake drums? I think those are next to impossible to find replacements. Our big truck guys can confirm that.
You will most likely be looking at $1000 to $2000 to replace the widowmakers.
It is a solid looking truck. I would be very tempted at $5k, but knowing you might lose when trying to sell. But if you have it for several years and sell for about what you paid for it, you should be happy. The fun of having something so cool is worth a price.

Interesting head bolt block heater on the right bank, if that's what it is. It's obvious that the previous owners wanted to keep it as original as possible, and this will become even more expensive and challenging as time goes on because many of these trucks are crushed every day by the ignorant and uncaring. Currently scrap steel hovers around $62/ton, so I would give it an intrinsic value of $4,500 to $4,900.

As much as I like old trucks, $5000 is too much for an F6 - even if it runs. You'll have more than the resale value of the truck in wheels, tires, and brakes - assuming the engine is sound.
Unless there is a line to buy this beauty, $3000 would be my number knowing that I can only lose money while owning this truck. This opinion is worth exactly its cost.
By the way, the battery cables look a bit skinny.
