You could probably fit three in a 53' container if you removed the bumpers, and put them in the bed. According to Wikipedia a reg cab long bed is 213.3".
My truck is about 72" tall at the B-pillar. A high cube container is 106.22" tall.
You might be able to totally strip them, stack the frames on top of each other, stack the beds, then line the cabs up. Leaving a 12" gap between each section you would have room for two cabs. Closing that wouldn't fit a third, but you may have room on top the beds, or chassis to stick the third one.
Take the beds off 2, wood frame across the rear rails.
Set the front wheels on the frames, stand the 2 beds on end.
Kinda' like this:
Similar to how new semis are transported.
The first bed can probably sit on it's side in the far front of the container with the bed floor against the front wall so that the nose of the first truck pulls into it without destroying it. The 3rd truck can keep its bed and the last bed can be strapped upside down on it (bed rail to bed rail)
