Truck currently has a 302 with FMX to a ford 9. I have a 360 and NP435 from a F-250 of the same year. I have never done anything like this before and know measurements are involved, but I want to see how much work would be involved. I am trying to keep this as low dollar as possible.

-Do I need to use the core support from the 360 or will the original work? The 360 truck has a 4 core radiator.

-Will my original drive shaft work?

If I can visualize it I can probably do it, I'm unsure of mating the transmission to the driveshaft. They both use the two-piece driveshaft system with the carrier bearing but I assume the length/yoke could be an issue?
