Found out my 75 f100 4wd had a 360 in it. There is no motor in it now. I don' plan on mudding with this truck, but want a kick *** engine. was thinking maybe 351. 360, or a 390. Thoughts?

I have a 400 ci. in my '79 F-350 4x4 and I love it. I think it may depend on your tire height and gear ratios in the axles (I have 4:10 and I think 30" tall tires) but a 351 or a 400 would make you happy.
How are you going to use the truck? Mostly street with some light off road, lots of highway at high speeds, hauling loads or towing. Also what trans is in the truck or is it missing too?
Mark.
