I have a 1995 Bronco and the electronic 4x4 is not currently working. The lights on the dashboard will not go on when you either push 4x4 hi or low when the truck is in neutral or park. I changed out the electronic shift module with a working one out of a 1995 truck and I still had the same problem. I checked all the fuses and there is power down to the motor and shift module. I can jump out the shift motor and put it into 4x4 high and low from under the truck. I started having this issue after the trucks rear blew and transfer case bearing went. I rebuild the rear and installed a new speed sensor/ abs sensor in the rear and installed 4 new bearings in the transfer case. I had it on the lift an I shifted into 4x4 Hi and that worked then I went to shift it into 4x4 low and hit the brakes to put the truck into 4x4 low the abs kicked in as I hit the brakes and when I shifted into neutral I then hit the 4x4 low it wouldn’t go in and the light was not on then I shifted it out of 4x4 and then hit the 4x4 high button and nothing happened. Since then I can’t get it to work. I cleared the computer and checked for codes and nothing. Can anyone shed some light on this due to fact there is no manuals available to troubleshoot the wire. I checked all the electrical plugs at the transfer case and rear. The truck drives fine and the transmission also shifts fine.
