Quick question, when the cab and bed is one solid piece (for instance a 66 international pickup) what is that called? Isn't it a Unibody? If not please enlighten me.
When Ford did this in 1961 to 1963 it was called an integral body. For it to be a true unibody there would have to be no frame under the vehicle. All the suspension would be bolted directly to the body, not just the cab and box being one piece. I did not know that International also had an integral body truck?

OK those are definitely international scouts. And I believe towards the end of the existence of international light duty vehicles they had a Scout II. Was that crew cab unibody truck based off of the Scout or a full-size pick up?

It was based off of the Travelall which was IH's version of the Chevey Suburban.
The older Scouts had a 152ci slant 4 cylinder, a 304ci V8, and a 345ci V8. I don't know if the 392 or 401 ever made it into the first series Scouts, I guess it's possible.
