Pat, Poor contractor construction practices coupled with know knowledge about drainage led to rot! So both of those problems have been fixed on the front side of the house. Still have to do to back half this fall. It is not as bad but still going to be a job because it includes the bedroom, utility room and bathroom with the entire plumbing! But I will get it later this year.

I am happy with the outcome but I wish I could have saved and reused the real hardwood floor. I had been damp and warped so I went the snap together flooring.
