That and they used 8 penny nails that rusted when it rained on the sub floor, when it rained, the nails rusted, the wood swelled and lifted the nails. when the wood dried out and shrunk the floor squeaked sliding up and down on the nails.

I have to help my brother move his wife;s aunts stuff from south of Boston to NH..
