'05 f550 6.0L. Just replaced failed injector numbers 4, 3, 5, 7. Injectors all failed due to an unknown cause. Now, all injectors buzz test good. But I have a very long crank, and when the truck first starts, I do not have cylinder 1 contributing anything. then, sometimes it will pickup in about 45 seconds. other times, i also lose cylinders 3 and 5. and even if they are all running great, i have no power and it will drop 1, 3, and 5 as soon as I start driving. then it stalls out, and is VERY hard to restart. None of it makes sense because it is not the whole bank that drops. Already replaced the fuel pressure regulator. fuel pressure is good. I do not just want to throw parts at it. Only constant code i have is for cylinder 4 glowplug circuit. the other cylinders that drop do throw their respective contribution codes. FICM voltage is good at 48
It sounds like a ficm or fuel pressure issue at first glance .How do you know that the fuel pressure is good? Do you have a gauge on it you can see while driving under load? Or are you just assuming it's good because your replaced a part?
what about the FICM? Did you monitor voltage while cranking and right after startup, or just at some point with the engine on, possibly after the glow plugs had turned off?

fuel pressure gauge while driving, and i monitored ficm voltage from key on until it stalls while driving
One thing that's quick to check to rule out some Very Bad Things, see if your oil or coolant have fuel in them, or otherwise are mixed with anything that's not supposed to be there.
Hmm. How about HPOP performance? Does it take a while to build while cranking?
Seems to build just as every other one ive ever had a scanner on. My thing is that sometimes i lose those cyliders, other times the contribution is dead on. and its only odd ones that drop but not the whole bank. did a ton of research and have found nobody with anything like this, and im kinda out of ideas
Maybe you could try wiggling the harness on the engine at idle and see if that makes it do anything odd . Could be as simple a problem as a broken wire... Though finding the break isn't always as simple .

Yeah, i checked for contamination, and egr has been deleted before i bought the truck. And i am not getting any smoke, not losing coolant, I did notice cylinder 4 failed a few weeks ago, and i did not fix right away as it is my work truck and it was only 1. then one day 3 5 and 7 also failed, so i replaced all of them and now am looking for what im guessing is one issue destroying injectors and causing the other problems
I'm about out of easy ideas, some of the guys who have worked on these for a living will probably chime in within a day and give you some more things to check.

I do appreciate the help, Im not a 6.0 expert, im a lot more familiar with the 6.7 haha
