How do I stop this SYNC PopUp?

Glad to hear that it worked for you but I also forgot to mention that if you have the WiFi in your vehicle connected to your home router at all times and you never change it, you can keep "Automatic Updates" turned on and that pop up will not appear on your screen every time you start up your vehicle.
I`ve had my 2016 F150 set up just this way since new and I never get that pop up.
