Engine Stalling

I have 1999 Explorer Sport that started dying right after start up a few days ago. The next day it would not run unless I had one foot on the gas pedal at all times. I've cleaned the MAF and IAC and there is no difference: the truck still stalls Does anyone have any other ideasas to what the problem is?

Engine Stalling

Did you check the voltage of the cicuit and the resistance oof the valve? The specs are in the Hanes Manual.
My 99 XLT was doing the same thing. I checked and cleaned the IAC now all is ok.

I actually took it to the dealership since I couldn't stand it anymore and it was the IAC that needed to be replaced. I was charged a total of $300 and I'm really pissed off that I didn't do it myself. I guess I now know for next time....
