The rock auto cylinder head sounds like a steal to me, I'd go for that, but that's just me.

Well turns out blown head gasket was definitely not the only problem. Pulling the motor I found some serious blow by evidence, air box full of oil, took the motor to the machine shop to have it magnafluxed and the rings are shot and piston cracked probably due to running lean after my brother attempted to delete the egr. Crate motor costs the same as rebuilding so new engine is on its way...
