Can someone measure the bottom of the front cab mount height and the center of hole for the v8 bottom core support /fender bracket hole support bolt height.
This is for 1948/49. See my examples below. I think I have the front a bit high??
here is an example of measurements I need help with. Center of bottom hole in the outer fender support or the core support this is currently 27" on second photo. And the bottom of the front cab support currently 22" on first photo. I'm using generic 3/4" poly body spacers so bottom of cab would be a good reference. I'm trying to set the inner fender height to the cab and get the right height for the grille and front of the hood. It's an explorer swap.
Photos are hard to read so just measurements would be fine.
Thanks again

Hey Dad,
I think it might help folks to know a little more about the Frame Swap you are doing...
It appears from your pics that you are trying to swap a '48 F2 onto an Explorer chassis
maybe? Keep posting pics & you'll generate enough interest to get your questions answered....
I can't help as our '50 is an F1 & we have a Mustang II Front suspension & the Explorer 8.8 rear end.
So... What are you trying to swap over there in Arkansas?
