If it's an 8.8 rear axle it holds about 3 quarts. Be sure to look at the differential and see how many tags it has. The one on the right has the axle size and gear ratio. If it has one on the left also, read what kind of fluid it requires. More than likely you'll find that it will take 75w-140 synthetic. Also check the ratio tag and look if there is an "L" on the tag. This means Locking diff. If you see an "L" you'll need to stop by a dealership and pick up a bottle of locking diff additive or your diff will bind in turns. Hope I helped....
