I have a 99 crown vic and I locked up my 4.6 160000 mile engine. Sorry. Radiator relay cut. But all in all... I was wondering if someone could please tell me if a v10 2v pi would
fit my 4r70w transmission?

Yes it will - the flexplate to use is the question.
Beyond that, the PCM will NEVER control both the V10 and the 4R70W. If you intend on using a V10, you'll need the V10's PCM and 4R100 transmission, unless you intend on using an aftermarket controller for the transmission and a manual-transmission PCM for the V10.
Ok for what I understand regardless if its a 70w or 100 I'm going to need a new
Pcm. What if I keep the 70w and get a nice torque convertor. Im going to put the pony to work after I'm done. What about the transfer case?

There was never a PCM that controlled both the 4R70W and a V10. I don't think it's electronically possible. It's either or - V8 and 4R70W or V10 and 4R100.
