FiTech EFI Tuning Tips
I acquired this from another forum. idk how many of you guys are using a FiTech but I am wondering how everyone has theres tuned and to help others who are having issues.
you can just copy and paste and then fill in your valves.
ENGINE SIZE:

ENGINE VACUUM:
CAM SETTING (1,2,3, or 4) AND YOUR CAM SPECS:

ENGINE VACUUM: 15"
CAM SETTING (1,2,3, or 4) AND YOUR CAM SPECS: 3 comp XE262
IAC COUNTS @ idle and cruise idle : 6-7
TIMING CONTROL: Y/N? Y
IDLE RPM: 750
TARGET IDLE AFR: 13.65
ANY ADJUSTED PARAMETERS AND WHY?:
A TON. The system gets roughly dialed in and running at steady state conditions quickly. I have transition issues related to the AFR correction. A slight lean tip-in turns into a rich bog when the correction steps in.
I did have lean tip-in issues with the carb so some of it is a motor issue. I'm currently going to try an open 1" spacer on my dual plane intake and start over with tuning.
I also have hot starting issues
