AdBlue or DEF

I am in Australia with my F350 6.7 And have experience problems with filling op with DEF from the pumps hear, something about having a magnetic ring or something to activate pump. Is this something the truck has or should have, ?something that can be added or not. Any advice please.

The place your getting DEF from should have magnet. It slips over nozzle.
