Power Window Motor Puzzle
After left window stopped working,Removed motor and hooked it up after i removed from door.At first it would only move slowly in the down position..then it started running perfectly up and down.WHAT GIVES????

Power Window Motor Puzzle
Take the cover off to expose the gears and you will find that most of the three round plastic pins (that absorb the shock of the gear train when it reaches its end of travel) are smashed and in small pieces. This can be replaced in the form of a gear kit, using original motor. The motor will run fine when not under the pressure of trying to raise the window.
