You can watch the TPS % on torque pro, but NOT the idle validation switch... search the forums for idle validation switch.
I second checking the main harness at the drivers valve cover and inside the 42 pin connector.
Also second having a good inspection of the harness on both sides of the valve cover gaskets, inside and out for any burning of pins.
Wouldn't hurt to have a look at the main ecm plug also.
With new injectors this does sound like an electrical fault vs mechanical.
Even though your balancer "looks" good, it might be bad. If this vibration is linear in the rpm range all the way up, I would be replacing this. It's cheap to do. Don't buy a used one.
Have you checked the UVCH (Under Valve Cover Harness)? They are prone to insulation wear and can be intermittent and hard to diagnose. A fairly easy item to replace if you can turn a wrench.
Thanks roadrnnr, we may have found the culprit. The torque converter even tho it's a new " reman" has been acting funny. My buddy at the dealership has it. It's under Ford warranty parts and labor. I'll keep y'all posted if this cures it. Thanks
