My Wet Okole wore out in less than a year on the left edge and I live 5 minutes from the factory. They said they would give another left bottom but that's it. I passed and bought some that looked like Levi material in gray. Took them off when I sold the truck 4 yrs later I kept them and put the bottom where I sit on my new truck.
Put coverking neoprene seat covers in my last two trucks. Sold my 2011 F150s just a few months ago now. Other than dirty and in need of a wash I think there was one small hole in drivers seat- stupid driver left a screwdriver in his back pocket. No fraying just a hole poke.
Ordered them through Costco.

Don't suppose you have the model number for those ones you got at Costco?

You just need to go to Costco online and to the automotive section. This will take you to the coverking site where you will build your seat covers dependent on the exact configuration. I had one set for my 02 F150s, another for my 2010 Toyota Tacoma, and my last set was for my 2011 F150. For my Fords I had a bench seat in the 2002, and the 2011 had the bench with the console seat. Fairly easy to build. I want to say my 2011 front and rears were about 275. Been a few years so prices could have changed. Nice covers with extra padding along with the neoprene which really saved the original seats.
Coverking does make other materials as well. Fit was excellent and included the side openings for the airbags in the seat.
