I'm going from a 10 inch clutch to a 11 inch. I got the clutch from someone, but it didn't have the throw out bearing with it. Is the bearing the same size for the 10 and 11 inch clutch? And it's a 1984 f150 4x4 with 300 i6 and np435 tranny
I cant say 100% but I would say yes it is.
Now what is different is the pressure plates & disc.
If you know what the clutch parts came from look up the TO bearing number and then the TO bearing for your truck, if both the same number you are good to go.

I have the pressure plate, clutch, and flywheel. The clutch came out of a 76 f series truck. I'm doing an engine swap. And the clutch was with the engine.
hate to sound ignorant, but what is the to number?
Throwout bearing is going to be specific to the transmission. ID needs to fit the input shaft bearing retainer/tube and needs to fit fork for that trans.
OP asked about clutch having a difference on throwout bearing. It does not in any typical application. The transmission determined the throwout bearing required, specifically input bearing retainer tube OD.
