I am kind of new to Ford products as I have only owned 2 before and that was over 30 years ago and owned them for a total of 16 months. Just bought a 2004 class a motor home with Ford v10 6.8 lt drive train and I am quite impressed so far. Only driven it 120 miles from L.A. to the California desert. It did well in the mountains, but it is not loaded yet and only has 5,423 original miles on it, its a long story repo. I came here because I figure regular truck owners do more modifications and repairs themselves that motor home owners and want to glean information from those people. I'm hoping t get some tip on low or no cost performance things, and/or increase fuel mileage.
