Firing order
The firing order is cast into the intake manifold.
It is: 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8
The distributor rotates counterclockwise.
If you are facing the truck, the front of the engine, #1 is on your left.
The left bank is cyls # 1,2,3,4; the right bank is 5,6,7,8.
