03 Explorer 4.6l Romeo water in valve cover

Hi all,
I have a 4.6l Explorer that has done approx 150k miles and am getting water mixing with the oil only in the rocker covers on both heads. Have read in some posts that this could be condensation but its my daily drive and doesn't sit around that long. I loose water from the radiator holding tank but am not getting water in the sump. Have done gas leak test in radiator to find nothing, pressure test on radiator to find it holds at around 17 psi, I am at a loss to know what could be causing the mayo. Could it be a cracked water jacket in both heads or could it be an intake manifold leak ??? I would pull my hair out if I had any. Please help a Bloke who enjoys driving his car.
Cheers Rick

Does the truck get up to temp and ran for more than 10-15 minutes? Also check your PCV valve and see if its not the heated type that runs coolant lines thru the PCV valve a bad hose can lead to leak coolant into the intake as well as to the valve cover.

Thanks for the reply freakify,
yes the truck gets to temp and will run all day even at 65 - 70 mph. I'm not sure but the PCV valve is that the breather that comes from the top of the valve cover and recuirculates air back into the intake ? If yes then I would have to take valve cover off to check to see if its heated because all I have is a hard plastic pipe from both covers back to intake. I'm no mechanic so may sound like a silly question
