I hear 'ya...not a lot of chapters have a lot of activity...for instance MA and VT have only 2 or 3 resident posters. A GTG might help...there's usually interest in them from folks who don't post in the BS Thread. That's where a mass PM might help.

What Pat said. Try the GTG angle...we've had some good luck with it in MA...some states don't even bother. Doesn't have to be extravagant...just lunch and a few beers.
