First post of my first F350. :-) Very pleased with this truck! If some of you have been on other forums with F150s, you might know me. I have had 2002, 2005, and 2012 F150s in the past.
Here it is:
I have been reading this forum for a little bit before joining and what I have seen this is a good group!
Thanks! I hope you are enjoying yours as much as I am.
On another note... I have seen threads about fuel tanks size. I think it is suppose to have a 34 gallon tank, but on a recent trip I was almost a "E" with 25 miles to empty and it only took 26 gallons.
If it is a short bed, then yes it is a 34 gallon tank (I think). There have been a lot of discussions on here about how much reserve is left in the tank when the gauge shows Empty. There was a recall earlier in the year to fix the problem (with mixed results), but unless your truck has been sitting on a lot for a long time, yours should have the upgrade.

Thank you! I will have to have the dealer check out the update.
I'm on my 2nd Super Duty but the first dually. Needed it to pull our camper. I was also on some other forums when I had a few F-150's so I may have crossed paths with you before. I'm on my 7th Ford truck and no serious problems with any of them. You're gonna love the 6.7. Just got back from a trip to Maryland with mine and it did great on the road even in some snow.
