It looks like I’m only going to get about 30k from my BFG AT KO2’s. I’ll be putting on some new shoes this coming fall. Recommendations for a good all terrain all season tire that has better tread life?
Cooper ATP (if bought from Discount or Americas tires) or AT3s....
They also build the same tire in the Mastercraft brand for less, and I know folks who have run them with very good success.
I will never put my life in BFGs hands again - me and a friend had failures over several 10 ply rated tires across their LT tire line, multiple years apart...

Only 30k you say? I'll be lucky to get 15k out of mine. Never again on my truck.
But I'm glad you brought this up. I'll be shoppinig for tires in a couple months.
Was just perusing the Discount Tire website. The Nitto Terra Grappler AT appears to have a 50k mileage warranty, and the Cooper ATP has a 55k warranty. Both are at least $500 less than the KO2's for a set of 4.
They don't give much warranty info on their site. So who knows if those are full replacement mileage numbers or prorated.

I was looking at those two and the Micky Thompson Deegan 38. Real world vs warranty is what I wonder about though.
We have a guy that runs the SST Pro's, he's at 45k and still look good. I think they hum a bit but not like the Wranglers on my Excursion. I could live with the SST'S. I prefer the AT3's
Toyo A/Ts have absolutely blown me away. Ran bfg a/ts for years but i don't think I'll ever go back after feeling how they ride and seeing how they wear.
